HR Business Partner – 12 month contract Join a leading specialist insurance provider as an HR Business Partner on a 12 month contract and play a vital role in shaping their people strategies during a period of growth. This is a 12 month maternity contract based in London and offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits along with a hybrid working model. HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with company values and growth objectives. Provide coaching and guidance on people management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. Support managers in identifying performance gaps and development opportunities within their teams. Design and deliver training programs in partnership with the learning and development team. Ensure compliance with relevant people-focused laws and regulations. Assist with incentive planning, remuneration benchmarking, and job gradings. Partner with the talent acquisition team on recruitment strategies and campaigns. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a People Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong understanding of HR compliance within the insurance or financial services sectors. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A data-driven, solution-oriented approach to decision-making. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical abilities.
