Pit Foreman

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Pit Foreman to be based at a mine in Mpumalanga! Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily operations of pit operators to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Enforce and promote strict adherence to all safety standards, procedures, and policies. Perform regular safety inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate and monitor production activities to achieve output targets while maximizing plant efficiency. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure continuous equipment availability and minimal downtime.
