REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Relevant qualification/s i.e. Total Quality Management or similar would be an advantage Experience in manufacturing would be an advantage Able to work night shift and extended hours on a weekly rotational rostering system. Individuals must be between the ages of 18 and 34 (South African Citizens) Must be UNEMPLOYED Meet the definition of "Black People" as defined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet) The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken word) REQUIRED INTER-PERSONAL SKILLS Someone who is meticulous and deadline driven with a good eye for detail, yet dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope whilst under pressure Good communication skills A great team player who wants to be involved in a winning company and brands Hard working Trustworthy Growth mindset Own/reliable transport required Must be able to work overtime on weekends, when necessary Must be able to work night shift on a rotational basis RUMUNERATION Above average monthly salary for a learnership
