Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to manage key accounts and sales of their products: Service Plans, Maintenance Plans, Extended Warranties, and Renewtech. You will work with dealership teams to build relationships, drive sales, and provide after-sales support. Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with dealers to grow market share. Research market trends and competitors. Train dealership staff on products and sales skills. Provide after-sales support and manage policy administration. Ensure SLAs are met throughout the policy lifecycle. Provide excellent customer service. Prepare and present sales reports. Travel to various dealer locations as needed. Requirements: Essential: Grade 12 / Matric MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred: Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration RE Qualification FAIS Accreditation Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM). Experience in the motor industry and understanding dealer operations. Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FAIS, CPA, POPIA). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Skills: High drive for results. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities. Leadership and coaching skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes. Personal Attributes: Energetic and self-motivated. Confident, reliable, and honest. Strong attention to detail and deadline driven. Clear credit and criminal record. Valid driver’s license.
