Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the Business Unit, Operations and development, goals (productivity, cost control, quality) of a particular site Responsible for securing resources including manpower, skills and technical equipment Confirm the performance indicators and achievement of a particular site. Conduct and assess the work of project managers and project engineers. Assist other sites at the request of BU Head Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity. Conducts periodic reviews with team Project manager and Project Coordinators, drives corrective action where required. Coordination between interface partners and production, good communication with suppliers and customers, regularly attend tripartite meeting customers or suppliers Responsible for on-site maintenance of customer relationships, to comply with the requirements of the clients for operation, meet the dynamic demand of customer, and timely feedback the daily job to the customer Responsible for the timely solution in the work process of abnormal situation and emergency, coordinate the relationship with other related departments Responsible to manage and mobilize the on-site personnel, assist the project leader to implement the competency assessment for personnel Resolve and evaluate customer complaints and quality problems due to employee factors and present the requirements and problems of internal and external training. Assist to formulate SOP and examine on-site, and timely handle customer's complaint and provide the feedback is related to abnormal situation Assist business department to evaluate order profit and risk Propose the employment demand based on the project evaluation Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 Industrial Engineering or similar qualification Proven previous employment in the Manufacturing and Automotive (OEM) experience Commercial awareness with effective negotiation skills Technical aptitude. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. A team orientated approach. Driving License and own transport. Work experience: minimum 10 years of working experience on quality. management/project management/operation management in automotive industry. Advanced knowledge and expertise in quality and project management/operation management. Advanced knowledge and expertise in quality and project management/operation management, direct experience with automotive developer will be deemed adventitious. Master in typical quality methods and tools (FMEA, PPAP/VDA, 8D, 5S) Familiar with ISO TS16949 flexible application of automobile tools. Strong organizational skills and people management. Result-oriented and driven. Ability to Work under Pressure. Duties & responsibilities at each company Must Be Clearly Listed on CV. No criminal record.
