We Need You To: Be our Market Explorer - Proactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research - Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations Become a Growth Architect - Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through: • Data-driven product selection • Traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/SEO/KOL collaboration) • Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events) Serve as Operational Partner - Guide sellers through platform onboarding: SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup - Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans Ideal Candidate Profile: ✅ Must-Have Essentials - Experience in B2B sales/e-commerce - Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP) & basic data analysis capability - Fluent in Spanish and professional English (written/spoken) ✅ Valued Extras - Understanding of Mexican manufacturing clusters (e.g., Guadalajara footwear, León leather goods) - Knowledge of E-commerce Why Join Us? ✨ Impact Local Businesses - Be the catalyst for Mexican brands' global success ✨ Growth Accelerator - Monthly training sessions on emerging markets & digital tools
