Your Key Tasks Supplier Invoice Management: Oversee the supplier invoice approval process, including verifying amounts against agreed rates, resolving discrepancies, allocating costs to appropriate files. Intercompany Disputes: Identify and dispute incorrect intercompany invoices in SAP. Cost Entry for Customer Invoicing: Input additional costs to be included in customer billing. Gross Profit Accuracy: Ensure correct Gross Profit (GP) calculation per file, monitoring for consistency and accuracy. Claims Management: Open claims for damaged containers with the Legal Team and maintain coordination and communication between customers and legal departments throughout the claims process. KPI and Analysis Support: Assist the Management Team and/or customers with the preparation and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational data. Container Tracking: Maintain and update the container tracking table to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Invoice Processing Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of processes for daily tasks.
