Key Responsibilities as a TA Specialist: Proactively source and attract top engineering talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate evaluation methods, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our recruitment efforts and employer brand What we are looking for: Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting engineering professionals Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
