Commercial Property Solicitor – Leicester (Hybrid Working) Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 DOE Excellent Benefits Hybrid: Only 2 Days in the Office per Week Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and supportive firm? We are working with a leading law firm in Leicester that is seeking a talented solicitor to join their growing commercial property team. About the Role: You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and professional fee-earning work across a range of commercial property matters. This includes: Commercial landlord and tenant transactions Residential and business development sites Work involving easements and covenants There is an existing caseload ready for you to walk into – meaning minimal business development is required.
