Digital Product Manager

Product Manager - Digital Services - UK Government - 9 month contract (inside IR35) - SC Clearance Are you a Digital Product Manager ready to make a real difference in Public Sector Digital Products? I am working with a Public Sector client who is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape and improve their digital services. You will be joining at a period of significant transformation within their DDaT team that is reimagining how they deliver support and information through their digital platforms - from websites and social media to voice and contact centre technologies. In this role, you'll manage the delivery of a suite of digital solutions focused on public-facing communication and support services. Working closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and analysts, you'll translate user needs and organisational goals into effective digital services. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features, streamline processes, and ensure continuous improvement. We're looking for someone passionate about user-centred design and committed to delivering inclusive services. You'll champion customer experience, define what success looks like for users, and build products that are accessible, efficient, and responsive to evolving needs. Due to the nature and urgency of the role, candidates with active SC clearance would be preferred. What you'll bring: Previous experience of working as a Digital Product Manager for public sector organisations Experience of working on contact and communication solutions would be preferred Background working on the gov.uk platform as well as excellent knowledge of GDS standards Ability to manage digital product lifecycles A strong user-centred mindset Confidence working with data and feedback to drive decisions Clear communication skills and a cooperative approach Knowledge of Salesforce Voice, Whatsapp or similar tools would also be an advantage This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team while contributing to meaningful, public services.
