Technical Support Engineer EN Mechelen fixed contract

Job description For our customer in Mechelen we are hiring a Technical Support engineer. On your role as a Technical Support Officer, you will become an expert in one of our product lines. You will support our Sales Engineers and Clients when it comes to your assigned product line. You will also be an internal trainer for your colleagues, and you will be assisting with new product launches by providing trainings materials, knowledge sharing and customer trainings. This position is based in the HQ in Mechelen. As the company focuses on a professional approach towards the clients, they are servicing them in their own language. The required language is English. What will be your responsibilities? •Supporting the Clients and Sales Engineers via email, phone, video or face-to-face regarding your assigned product line •Trainings your colleagues and clients •Taking care of technical documentation/ translation. Profiel What do we require? • Graduated in technical engineering (mechanics, electronics) • First experience in customer service or technical support • Fluent speaker with a high level of English in speaking and writing. • Interest in Technology and Technical products; an on the job training will be provided! • Good problem solving and communication skills • As you will be traveling towards your clients a drivers licence is required!
