Job Description
Our client a well-established day Restaurant on a Wine Estate in Durbanville are seeking a dedicated and professional Junior FOH Manageress to assist with front-of-house operations and basic administrative responsibilities. The preference for a female candidate is based on existing team dynamics and operational requirements. . Minimum Requirements: · Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English · Professional appearance and conduct · Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills · Ability to manage staff, assist with bar control, and uphold service standards · Competent with basic administrative tasks, reservations, emails, phone handling, and social media assistance · Own reliable transport is essential (non-negotiable; the venue is on a farm with no access to public transport or Uber, particularly after 17:00) · Availability to work weekends, public holidays, day shifts, and occasional evenings, including Christmas and overtime, as required by senior management Compensation: Salary based on experience and qualifications
