Job brief Were looking for a results-driven Salesperson with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage students to study. Responsibilities Present, promote and sell our courses using solid arguments to prospective students Establish, develop and maintain positive prospective student relationships. Reach out to student leads obtained through our web site, social media platforms, school presentations and special promotions and events. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Analise market potential, track sales and provide weekly status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends within the education sector. Continuously improve through feedback. Requirements and skills 2 years experience in a sale roll. Excellent knowledge of MS Office including excel, word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM practices. Highly motivated and target driven. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills. Prioritising, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Bachelors degree (or studying towards) in business, marketing or a related field. If no degree is help or being pursued, only candidates with 5 years experience in sales will be considered.
