Engineering Storeman

To provide critical support to the Technical and Production teams by ensuring accurate, timely, and organized warehousing and distribution of engineering parts. The role also requires maintaining inventory integrity and control, with a strong focus on accuracy and housekeeping. Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 certificate Minimum 3 years experience in a Stores administrative role in a large company environment Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Proven track record in computerized inventory control Key Responsibilities: Issue parts to Engineering and the Production Plant Perform regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain stock levels and reorder selected materials Oversee stock control and uphold inventory accuracy standards Ensure storage areas meet 5S housekeeping standards (Sort; Set in Order; Shine; Standardise & Sustain) Process material movement transactions accurately and timeously Conduct inventory enquiries and perform cycle counting Manage high-volume transactions under pressure Collaborate with Engineering and other operational departments Key Skills & Attributes: Strong administrative discipline Excellent communication abilities Confident using ERP systems, especially SAP Diligent and hardworking Deadline-driven with exceptional attention to detail Highly organized and accuracy-focused Application Process: Interested candidates who meet the above requirements must submit a detailed CV & qualifications.
