Job Description

Reporting to: HCM Manager Purpose of the role Collaborate with Business Partners regularly to ensure maximum First day resolution. Identify process gaps, drive end to end automations. Implement projects and ensure 95% Data quality result for the assigned zone Month on Month. Manage employee master data related requests/queries Monitor and track employee master data Manage Payroll Administration related processes Generate reports as requested Handling urgent issues Update related process documentation Act as back-up for Lead’s activities Perform additional tasks upon Team Lead requests. Key tasks & accountabilities -Process and update records in workday and SAP for Hire to retire process. -Assist with the responsibility for the full Payroll related administration support during payroll run -Assist with the responsibility for entering payroll and core details on SAP to ensure cut off dates met -Input time management data of employees in Employee database (WORKDAY/SAP HR ) -Assist with the responsibility for the production of the daily interface process from Workday to the Payroll system -Support in the preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports -Support in the performance of system tests when required for enhancements in workday and SAP -Liaise with finance to ensure cost codes are correct in WORKDAY -Train and assist new staff, as appropriate -Help to ensure that objectives as laid down in the Service Level Agreements are met, providing each customer with a consistently high level of service -Take part in the Level 5 documentation of the team processes and keeps it updated -Keep required databases, templates and documentations up to date on a daily basis according to internal policies and other requirements applicable -Perform other duties as requested by the Team lead -Look constantly for quality improvement on processes -Perform internal quality checks -Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks with team -Assign requests and allocate work during the absence of team lead. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Level of educational attainment required: Bachelors / Post Graduate in Business Management Previous work experience required Experience of working in WORKDAY HR Operations, core HCM Require 2 Years of work experience in HR operations. Proven execution of process improvements using Lean methodology Experience in Finance, Payroll, HR administration is an advantage Working experience with SAP is an advantage Detailed working experience with databases is an advantage Working experience in reporting is an advantage Language skills required English (Fluent) / C1 IT skills required Microsoft Office (mandatory) Workday – Core HCM SAP
