Summary We are seeking a results-driven performance marketing to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads for both our platforms B2B and B2C audiences across the The ideal candidate will have expertise in PPC, SEO, and digital marketing analytics with a proven track record of optimizing marketing performance and ROI. Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms · Develop and implement sophisticated bidding strategies, including target ROAS, maximizing conversions, and other bid automation strategies to optimize campaign performance · Create and test advanced bid adjustments based on device, location, audience, and other targeting parameters · Continuously refine keyword bidding based on conversion data, funding outcomes, and attorney referral patterns · Develop and implement sophisticated retargeting strategies across multiple channels including social media, Connected TV, and audio streaming platforms · Design and implement bid strategies that align with the unique attribution challenges of our long sales cycle and dual B2B/B2C audiences · Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement · Implement advanced attribution modeling to track customer journeys across multiple touchpoints · Collaborate with the content team to align SEO and PPC strategies · Set up and manage conversion tracking and reporting systems across multiple platforms · Optimize landing pages and user experiences to improve conversion rates · Manage agency relationships and vendor partnerships as needed · Establish KPIs and regularly report on performance metrics to leadership · Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices · Work cross-functionally with sales, CRM, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing data · Allocate marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI Education and Specific Training: 3 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on SEM/PPC and performance optimization English proficiency Extensive knowledge of Google Ads bidding strategies and automation tools Deep understanding of bid strategy optimization for different campaign objectives and funnel stages Experience optimizing campaigns based on conversion value and implementing target ROAS bidding Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms Experience with attribution modeling and analyzing multi-touch customer journeys Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing Experience with retargeting campaigns across multiple platforms Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io experience a plus) Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and metrics Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in financial services, legal industry, or B2B marketing a bonus Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team The role will be expected to work US Time Zone (Eastern) as standard but may be required to change time zones occasionally as projects dictate.
