At Outokumpu, we are pioneers in sustainable stainless steel, and we're currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Specialist to join our team in Castelleone . In this role, you'll be part of our logistics team ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery of our materials. You’ll help us uphold high standards in safety and efficiency while playing a key role in optimizing our supply chain. Your responsibilities As a Junior Logistics Specialist, you will: Plan and coordinate logistics operation, incoming and outgoing. Support the implementation of strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, incoming materials and logistics data. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, regulations, and internal standards. Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues or discrepancies. Prepare reports and performance analyses to support continuous improvement. Who are you? Upper secondary education is required; University degree is a plus. Fluent knowledge in Italian and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in computer applications and software. Strong teamwork and communication skills. A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Previous experience or internship in logistics is an advantage. Residing in, or willing to relocate to, the Crema–Cremona–Lodi area . At Outokumpu, your development matters.
