Onsite IT Support Technician

Functions and Responsibilities: To support ESSN Enterprise software, servers, storage and networking products to existing and potential clients. To support SLAs to existing and potential clients. Tasks : Provide telephone, face to face and online support to the client. Client liaison and communication to assist and resolve the clients IT system requirements within the agreed SLAs. Provide customer service and manage the account to retain a long term business partnership. You must provide high level product knowledge to enable you to understand the companies value proposition, product range and service requirements. Training and certification will be mandatory as prescribed by the company. Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 with 5 years working experience in a similar environment. A; N - MCP or MCSE or IT Diploma Attributes : The ability to communicate effectively at the clients. Maintain a corporate image Attention to detail Ability to understand the clients needs urgently to achieve optimum service Ability to be able to learn and update your IT knowledge
