Lunchtime Supervisor

The Vacancy The Winterton Federation require a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our Midday team on a permanent basis, for 6.25 hours per week. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Executive Headteacher and the Federation Senior Midday Supervisor. We are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor who: • is enthusiastic and motivated; • enjoys working with children; • can lead play activities and engage children in constructive play throughout their lunchtime; • uses their experience in a range of behaviour management techniques to effectively promote our federation ethos, in line with our policies and procedures; • has good timekeeping and organisational skills; • has a basic awareness of first aid; • can carry out cleaning duties associated with the post.
