About the role: We are looking for a dynamic CSR manager to oversee the strategic direction and implementation of iQ's ‘Thrive' objectives. This role is responsible for the design and development of the partnerships, approaches and implementation plans that deliver our wellbeing and social good programmes and supports the delivery of our goals. The role is also responsible for the communication, internal engagement and reputation building against each of these programmes and iQ's wider Thrive and sustainability agenda. Key Responsibilities: Programme development and measurement: Designs and delivers the iQ Thrive programme activity in line with the strategic direction Design the measures for our Feel Good and Give Back programmes (iQ Thrive Academy, Match Up) to ensure that they are impactful and deliver against our overarching goals. Main liaison with all external partners and charities, managing existing relationships and delivering new partnerships to enhance our programmes and deliver greater impact. Delivers a strong narrative and programme of storytelling and thought leadership around social mobility, employability and wellbeing across all of iQ's owned channels, and with stakeholders to drive positive reputation. Designs and delivers programme narratives, communication and engagement plans across all social programmes, working with the Directors of Marketing and Communications, Asset Management & Corporate Finance and People to ensure alignment across all iQ Thrive pillars. Leads campaign planning and delivery to promote iQ's Social Good programmes to key stakeholders and media. Focus on integration with and innovation through digital platforms and selected partnerships. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with charities, stakeholders and other contacts that will support the delivery of iQ's programmes and builds our reputation. iQ's wellbeing approach (Feel Good) Constantly reviews our wellbeing strategies and identifies areas for improvement or development, identifying activities and partners that will enhance iQ's offer and reputation. Using research and insight builds a wellbeing (Feel Good) platform for iQ that delivers content and resident engagement opportunities. Embeds a programme structure that drives ownership across Ops, MarComms and site teams, ensuring operational ownership for implementation and resident engagement. Partners closely with the Heads of Central and Site Operations, as well as regional managers, to ensure engagement in and effective implementation of the wellbeing initiatives and strategies, as well as adherence to the standard operating procedures for wellbeing. Works with the Operations team to build our community of City Wellbeing Ambassadors, engaging this group with our approach, content and initiatives, to drive ownership and resident engagement across all cities. Manages the existing wellbeing partners for iQ, ensuring that the company receives maximum value from the partnership, and that our residents positively benefit from them. Works closely with the rest of the MarComms team to promote our wellbeing activities, and create content as appropriate, promoting this across our owned channels. Delivers wellbeing week in partnership with the Head of Social & Content and Operations teams, delivering activities that promote resident wellbeing and build our reputation, as well as engage the maximum number of residents. iQ's social good approach (Give Back) Owns and evolves the delivery of the iQ Thrive Academy, iQ's social mobility programme, ensuring that the programme delivers impact and a positive experience for all associates. Drives internal engagement with the iQ Thrive Academy, delivering new opportunities for more iQers to actively engage with the programme. Manage existing and identifies new external partners and programme opportunities to enhance iQ's impact and delivery of our goals. Work with partners to ensure effective delivery and measurement against agreed programme objectives. Working with the People team, and cross-functionally delivers our internship and work experience initiatives, ensuring that Academy associates have a positive experience. Manages the iQ Thrive Academy mentoring programme, working with our external partners to generate maximum uptake amongst Academy associates. Working with the MarComms team, delivers content to drive external and internal engagement with our Give Back initiatives. Drives engagement with iQ Match Up, working with the People team to effectively manage and measure contributions made via Match Up activities. Delivers new opportunities for iQers to get involved in charitable activities and contributions. Skills and Experience: Experience delivering CSR programmes at a corporate level Excellent written and verbal communication skills Uncompromising attention to detail Project management experience Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Ability to think creatively Ability to distil complex information into simple, concise messages and communication materials, tailored for the audience Strong writing and research skills Ability to manage relationships, networks and Corporate Partnerships Ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-teams projects to desired results · Ability to work independently We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location.
