What You'll Do As our Influencer Marketing Intern , you’ll get a front-row seat to what it takes to build a brand people actually care about — by working with creators who genuinely love our products. You'll support day-to-day influencer operations and help us create scroll-stopping campaigns that people remember. Find and scout amazing creators (UGC, micro and macro) on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Help with influencer outreach, product gifting, and daily communication Coordinate product send-outs and track posts, dates, and performance Support campaign planning and performance tracking Help brainstorm creative campaign ideas, messaging, and influencer briefs Keep our influencer database and content folders clean, updated, and organized Stay on top of trends, viral formats, and rising creators before everyone else You’ll own projects, pitch ideas, and see the real impact of your work. What You Bring You’re currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, media or a related field You’re passionate about skincare, social media, and influencer culture You have a sharp eye for trends, content, and creator styles You’ve managed a social media account, helped run a campaign, or created UGC content yourself You’re structured and detail-oriented — you know how to keep track of multiple conversations, deliverables, and deadlines You have strong communication skills — both written and verbal — and feel confident representing a brand in external conversations You’re proactive, hands-on, and love turning ideas into action You speak and write German and English fluently Why You’ll Love It Get hands-on experience at one of Europe’s most exciting beauty startups Work directly with a passionate team and the founders — your ideas matter Learn everything from influencer marketing to UGC and performance strategy Be part of a brand that’s transforming skincare — naturally and radically Boost your portfolio and career with meaningful, visible work Strong performers have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role after the internship
