Business Analyst

SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offers all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis. This role is designed for a junior profile with strong motivation to grow in the field of digital transformation. The selected candidate will be supported and trained to develop and implement digital solutions aimed at optimizing business processes. Through guided experience, they will gradually build skills in data management, analytics, and integration technologies, contributing to the overall efficiency and performance of the organization through strategic digital initiatives. The candidate will develop tools and solutions for data integration and automation within the business processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual errors. Configures dashboards and reports with automatic updates, utilizing data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights, thereby supporting data-driven decision-making. Leverages cloud solutions and applications to migrate process data to platforms that improve accessibility and scalability. Analyze and map existing business processes to identify areas that can benefit from digitalization. Understands fundamental principles of cybersecurity to ensure data protection and prevent security breaches. Plan, coordinate, and manage digitalization activities, ensuring adherence to timelines. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, to ensure a clear understanding of digitalization goals. Integrates various software systems within the company to ensure smooth communication across departments and processes. Possesses expertise in electronic document management systems to reduce paper dependency and enhance information accessibility. Flexibility and adaptability to rapid technological changes and evolving business needs. Open-mindedness and a willingness to continually learn new skills due to ongoing technological innovations (i.e. apply AI and ML to enhance automation, data analysis, and forecast business trends). Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, especially in areas such as artificial intelligence, automation, and data analysis. Specific Knowledge : Proficient in APPLICATIONS AND OFFICE 365 ENVIRONMENT, SQL ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT, and DATA MANAGEMENT. Interest in AI tools and programming for digital process improvement.
