Senior Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

They have a large pipeline of work and are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Superintendent who can help them in successfully manage these projects from start to completion while meeting the schedule deadlines. They invest in their employees and promote from within. Job Description The Project Senior Superintendent will provide supervision for the complete daily operation of the project. The Superintendent is responsible for interfacing with owners, architects, the city and subcontractors from the beginning phases of construction through turnover and closeout.The main focus is to manage the schedule, quality and safety in order to keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently.
