Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Law

Job Description Job Description Smith and Lee, Injury Lawyers is a Rockwall based, community and family-oriented law firm practicing exclusively Plaintiff’s personal injury law. We primarily handle car and truck wreck cases, dog bites, motorcycle wrecks, serious injury and wrongful death claims. We are looking to expand our team to add an additional lawyer to work alongside the partners and support staff to help with cases from intake to settlement or trial. Avoid Dallas traffic and work in Rockwall. While we handle cases all over North Texas, our office is in Rockwall, offering our staff the chance to avoid travelling to and from Dallas on a regular basis (when not attending court settings). Personal Injury law experience may be preferred but is not required. We offer training on handling personal injury cases and pay for CLE for personal injury law courses and trial colleges. Our base salary starts at $75,000.00/year with the opportunity to earn above and beyond through a competitive bonus structure. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00pm.
