Safeguarding Team Leader

The Manchester College is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Team Leader to champion the wellbeing and protection of our students. In this pivotal role, you will lead and empower our safeguarding team, offering expert guidance, case oversight, and professional development. We have an exciting opportunity at our Wythenshawe campus to join us as a Safeguarding Team Leader on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis. Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Qualified to at least Level 4 in a relevant subject - e.g. Teaching, Social Care, Youth Work, Careers Guidance Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics or equivalentSafeguarding The LTE Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
