This will include for supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Senior Chef de Partie or in their absence; participating in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs; as well as training and developing other kitchen team members all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
