Job Description Grade UE04: £25,733 - £28,381 per annum, pro-rata if part-time plus 15% Premium Band Corporate Services Group / Accommodation, Catering and Events / JMCC Kitchen Full-time: 35 hours per week Open-ended (permanent) The Opportunity: An opportunity has arisen to join The University of Edinburgh Catering Department. The role will be based at our largest catering unit; The John McIntyre Conference Centre located within Pollock Halls. The John McIntyre Conference Centre is a 500-seater buffet style restaurant that provides approximately 28,000 meals per week during our student period and breakfast, lunch and dinner to our commercial guests year-round. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the operational service delivery to our students and commercial guests throughout the year.
