As a Senior Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and support the Sous and Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our fresh, seasonal, and ingredient-led approach. You'll lead by example, ensuring consistency, precision, and energy during every service. Key Responsibilities: Run a designated section of the kitchen with efficiency and care Support junior chefs through training, mentoring, and delegation Work closely with the senior kitchen team on menu development and daily specials Uphold the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance Assist in stock management, ordering, and minimising waste Salary: £36,951 p/a tronc HI-CAT This is an opportunity to make your mark on Shoreditch.
