About the role We're looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Group Business Director to lead a key agency portfolio in our Sydney office. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, build meaningful client relationships, and lead a talented team of Sales Managers in delivering innovative advertising solutions that resonate with our audience of millions of Australian women. As the senior point of contact for your agency portfolio, you'll be instrumental in shaping how brands connect with our engaged community while contributing to our mission of making the world better for women and girls. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for creative media solutions and a track record of commercial success, this role offers the perfect blend of leadership, creativity, and purpose. This is an initial 15 month contract. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Drive revenue growth and ensure revenue targets are met across your agency territory Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Managers to achieve their KPIs and foster a connected culture Build and nurture strong relationships with senior agency and client stakeholders Execute strategic action plans to support revenue targets and drive business growth Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create innovative advertising solutions Oversee the development of high-quality sales materials, proposals and presentations Champion the Mamamia brand as the 1 Women's Network in the market Support the overall achievement of NSW revenue targets and new commercial initiatives Now, a bit about you You bring 12 years of media sales experience with at least 6 years in leadership roles You have a proven track record of driving team performance and developing talent You're skilled at identifying new revenue opportunities and winning new business You've built strong agency relationships and have established networks in the industry You excel at delivering engaging presentations and possess outstanding communication skills You understand digital media platforms and have experience with media booking systems You're a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle competing priorities Life at Mamamia We're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.
