Finance Accounting Intern

Are you ready to kickstart your career in Finance? At WK Kellogg Co, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Intern to join our team in Querétaro . This internship offers hands-on experience supporting monthly close activities, financial systems, and corporate finance operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Supporting account reconciliations in Cadency (reviewing accounts, managing user access, handling special requests). Assisting with monthly close activities : downloading reports, checking balances, and reviewing transactions in SAP . Building and maintaining pivot tables and Excel databases for financial analysis. Organizing financial data and helping track action items and deliverables. Supporting general administrative tasks: email follow-ups, document updates, and internal communications. Collaborating on corporate finance initiatives , including creating presentations and support materials. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS You’re a bachelor’s student in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (currently enrolled and with availability to work part-time). You’re analytical, organized, and eager to learn. You’re comfortable working with Excel (bonus points for pivot tables!) and the Microsoft Office suite. Prior experience with SAP or account reconciliation tools is a plus, but not a must. You communicate fluently in English and Spanish , both written and spoken.
