Vacancy: HR Generalist (Non-Management) At e-llis Supply Chain Solutions, we believe in creating a structured, compliant, and supportive workplace where employees can thrive. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist fluent in Dutch, and with a strong and proven understanding of Dutch labor law . This is essential for success in this role. This is a hands-on, flexible position suited for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working in a fast-changing environment. Beyond day-to-day HR responsibilities, you will contribute to various projects such as building salary structures, developing performance management processes, and supporting other initiatives as priorities shift. Key Responsibilities: · Ensure full compliance with Dutch labor law in all HR processes and policies · Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy in line with legal requirements · Maintain accurate HR administration and employee records · Advise employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures · Support compensation and benefits processes to stay competitive and compliant · Contribute to performance management processes and employee development · Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations · Manage the internship program from development to execution We are looking for a proactive, adaptable HR professional ready to take ownership across a broad range of HR topics — always with compliance and people focus at the core. Skills & Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · Experience: At least 3–5 years in an HR generalist or HR operations role with a focus on payroll administration and compliance. · Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law, payroll procedures, and HR policy implementation. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions autonomously. · Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and pragmatic approach. · Fluent in English and Dutch. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
