Apprentice - IT Manager

Flexis is a new company in the green logistics sector , on a mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities. Under the supervision of the IT manager you will be in charge of : Employee Support: provide IT support to all employees in France and UK and Germany if needed in the use of PC, Mobile or software needs. With the IT Manager, you are the contact for Flexis employees in addition to the existing helpdesk in place (SPIE & Renault Group). Employee Onboarding: ensure, in collaboration with the IT Manager, the employees’ onboardings and offboardings within the company. Configure PC, ensure that Software are well ordered, installed and configured. Participate in onboarding planification meetings. IT infrastructure: participate in architecture, infrastructure guidelines definition and set up for IS Projects. Support the company in the implementation and use of the middleware & interfaces needed for Day 1. Cybersecurity activities: participate in the implementation of Security rules for the company with the help of the IT Manager (also in charge of the IS Security Management), help in the deployment of the Security guidelines defined (on GDPR, Monitoring, detection, …) Procedures & Documentation : propose and realize documentation needed within the company for the IT department activities. Participate in the Flexis IT Corner updates. Qualifications Skills Agile and eager to learn & share Technological skills (Windows 365, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security) Good communication skills Strong analytical skills and efficient problem solving French and english speaker (C1) Studies Master Degree student in an engineering school and you are looking for a 1 or 2 years apprenticeship that will start in September 2025. Knowledge in service desk support for windows ecosystem, software, and hardware troubleshooting for end users. Relevant experience endpoint management systems Microsoft windows 10-11 and Office 365 Experience in the usage of service desk ticketing system to handle incidents and requests If you are passionate, interested in working in a dynamic, stimulating and innovative work environment, we look forward to meeting you!
