Gain a comprehensive understanding of how different departments operate and contribute to the business. Support the development of tailored employee development plans based on findings from the skills assessments. Assist in aligning training initiatives with organisational goals and individual career paths. Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development processes. What We're Looking For: A recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field. A keen interest in learning and development, training, or organisational development. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
