As a Human Resources Intern at our dynamic Monterrey Engineering Center, you will be at the heart of a tech-driven environment that is shaping the future of risk management and insurance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full cycle onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires by coordinating with hiring managers and assigning buddies. Facilitate the setup of payroll accounts and gather essential information for new employees. Organize and manage contract signings with precision and professionalism. Design and distribute engaging welcome kits and emails to new team members. Produce employee ID cards and efficiently manage parking requests. Curate and conduct engaging "Welcome Tours" of our vibrant office space. Coordinate meeting room reservations and arrange for coffee breaks to enhance team collaboration. Serve as a go-to resource for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Manage the digitization and organization of physical employee files. Plan and execute exciting office events that foster team spirit and engagement. Handle the resignation process, ensuring smooth transitions and communication with Administration. Requirements: Demonstrated initiative and follow-through to ensure task completion. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced English proficiency (spoken, written, and read). Preferred Skills: Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative roles is a plus. Basic knowledge of human resources management platforms.
