We’re evolving and we need people like you to bring new ideas, innovate and make your mark.Job DescriptionThe Manager of Programming, Publicity, and Marketing is responsible for driving audience engagement and increasing viewership for the Nine Network in South Australia. This role leads programming, publicity, and marketing initiatives, while strengthening Nine’s presence through local event partnerships and digital strategies.Day to day you will:Develop and execute programming, publicity, and marketing strategies across on-air and digital platformsCreate and implement promotional campaigns to grow audience reach and brand visibilityServe as Executive Producer for key local broadcast events and special productionsLeverage on-air talent and Nine personalities to enhance audience engagementManage public relations activities, including media communications and stakeholder engagementBuild and maintain strong partnerships with Adelaide-based events and organisationsAnalyse ratings, audience data, and market trends to inform strategy and decision-makingLead a small team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovationCollaborate with internal departments and national teams to ensure alignment and consistencyDrive long-term strategies to grow Nine’s market position and impact within the South Australian communityQualificationsWhat you’ll bring:Proven experience in television programming, marketing, publicity, or related fieldsStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience in content strategy, promotions, or event productionConfidence in analysing data and trends to drive performanceAn established network within the South Australian media or events landscape (desirable)Experience working with on-air talent or high-profile personalitiesA creative mindset and strong project management abilitiesSolid understanding of digital and social media platformsThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAdditional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
