Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a proven ability to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions. You will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and : - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and front-end developers, to deliver seamless and integrated solutions. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and share knowledge with team members. - Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and web services. - Work with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) to design and optimize data models and queries. - Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for effective code management. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, trends, and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Strong understanding of Core Java concepts, including OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. - Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL. - Experience with RESTful API development and web services. - Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. - Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Skills : - Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. - Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). - Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG) (ref:hirist.tech)
