Node.js Developer - Backend Services

About the Role : We are looking for a skilled and experienced Node.js Developer to join our dynamic tech team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and applications. This role requires hands-on experience with Kafka, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. This is a high-impact role where your code will drive the performance and reliability of platforms used by thousands of users. Candidates with a strong foundation in backend architecture and production-grade systems are encouraged to Responsibilities : - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Node.js applications. - Integrate messaging systems like Apache Kafka for real-time data pipelines and event-driven architecture. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust deployment practices. - Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. - Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions. - Ensure system performance, scalability, and : - 47 years of experience in backend development using Node.js. - Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka. - Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, etc. - Experience working with microservices and RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving Criteria : - Must have graduated in 2019 or earlier. - Open to candidates with a blend of onsite and remote experience (45 years onsite, 57 years remote).
