Social Media & Content Manager

We are currently looking for a talented Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Social Media Content Creation & Execution: Develop briefs and create ongoing content calendars. Independently create (record, edit), and publish engaging posts across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) in alignment with the social media strategy. Contribute creative ideas for brand campaigns and category activations. Social Media Management: Moderate social media profiles. Responsible for social media reporting and analysis. Analyze social media data (insights) to optimize performance. Manage ongoing paid media campaigns for assigned profiles. Qualifications: Proven experience managing and creating content for FMCG profiles (Meta and TikTok Business Manager). Fluent in English. Experience in developing successful consumer activations. Proactive and able to drive positive change within the team and adapt to organizational changes. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive internal and external relationships to facilitate effective collaboration. Ability to work in a hybrid office/home environment.
