Must-Have Skills : - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, server management, and production environments - Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams - Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects. - Work with relational databases and integrate applications with back-end systems. - Knowledge Docker, CI/CD is preferred - Relevant fintech domain experience Good-to-Have Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues - Team collaboration - Academic Qualifications : Graduated in Related Field Key Performance Indicators : - Production Migration : Plan, execute, and oversee production migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. - L2 Support Team Management : Lead and manage the L2 support team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective issue resolution. - Post-Production Handover : Coordinate post-production handover activities, ensuring knowledge transfer and smooth transition to the support team. - Infrastructure Planning : Forecast server/infrastructure requirements for project go-live, collaborating with IT infrastructure teams to ensure adequate resources. - IT Infrastructure Coordination : Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to plan, design, and implement infrastructure solutions that meet project requirements. - Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, technical leads, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and issue resolution. - Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting : Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with teams to ensure timely resolution.
