Java Developer - Spring Boot/Hibernate

Skills required : Java, Spring Boot, MVC, JDBC, Hibernate, and JPA. Job Description : We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team and help technically our existing team. You will be challenged to turn solutions around quickly but thoughtfully, balancing speed to market with quality, longevity, and scalability, all in the name of extraordinary customer experiences. Required Skills : - Analyse and assess the business needs of the client to find the best solution for the client. - Overall strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly important for this role. - Responsibilities include gathering system requirements, building application specification documents, drawing flow charts, designing application architecture and implementing modernized application design and testing features before release. - Should have hands-on experience in developing software with agile or scrum methodologies and are ready to lead our junior developer's team. - Positive and professional approach always. - Ensure our applications must be secure and up to date. - Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems. - Object-Oriented Design. - Knowledge of popular Java frameworks like Spring Boot, MVC, JDBC, Hibernate, and JPA. - Familiar with SQL or NoSQL databases like Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. - Creating Web Services and RESTful services with Web API. - Familiar with Open-Source tools and good to have experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Good experience in API Development and its security. - Git, Maven, Gradle, etc. - Multithreading and Synchronization. - Strong understanding of Core Java, OOPs concepts, and Data Structures. - Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. - Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus). - Familiarity with testing framework. - Junit, cucumber etc. Interpersonal skills : - Good verbal and written communication skills along with client interaction experience would be a plus. - Able to handle a minimum team of 2 members. - Experience in working in Onsite-Offshore model.
