What You’ll Be Doing This isn’t just about digging trenches—it’s about precision, safety, and quality work that lays the foundation for essential infrastructure. On a typical day, you’ll: Operate a mini excavator to dig and backfill trenches for underground plumbing Collaborate with licensed plumbers on pipe alignment, grading, and placement Prepare job sites, follow detailed site plans, and avoid existing utility lines Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are used safely and correctly Keep the work area clean and secure throughout the project What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience who can take initiative, follow detailed plans, and work safely and efficiently on residential and commercial job sites.
