ONE Graduate Analytics Accelerator

Ready to deliver NextGen Enterprise Analytics/AI and apply your process/consulting skills with large, leading European enterprises? ONE is on a mission to invest in and grow our NextGen ONE-Consultants team. You will assist our portfolio of leading European enterprises in making significant strides toward establishing a business data fabric or data mesh setup using SAP Datasphere. This setup will accelerate the development of SAP data products and AI, enabling rapid responses to evolving business questions and driving valuable insights. About Our Graduate Accelerator Program We are running the second round of our accelerator program. You will join a group of recent graduates who will go through a rigorous curriculum that will equip you to be highly valuable and immediately relevant to our customer base. It focuses on the need to realize a unified Data Mesh and Data Products platform to further accelerate business value. You will receive training in Data Mesh and Data Products concepts Fundamentals of SAP S/4HANA ERP processes SAP Datasphere, best practices and how it supports Data Mesh/Data Products concepts Building relevant SAP Datasphere products which we will offer our existing customers to expand their Datasphere capabilities and services ABAP CDS as an analytics abstraction layer Other relevant technologies in our field (e.g., SAP HANA) After the initial training period, you will be placed at a customer site alongside one or more of our vastly experienced SAP Datasphere and HANA consultants. Here, you will work on a defined set of deliverables, helping to achieve the outlined mission. Hiring process Our onboarding will begin in September, with the selection process taking place over the coming weeks. We conduct 2–3 rounds of interviews, including an initial video call and at least one in-person interview. The in-person interview will include a practical assessment relevant to the role. We aim to complete the hiring process and finalize our selection by the end of July. Who is ONE? ONE-Consultants is a niche player in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) innovation space and one of the few consultancies with almost 15 years of native HANA / HANA cloud development and implementation experience - and along with 4 years in SAP Datasphere/DI. We are working with some of the biggest and finest brands globally to help them move to their NextGen business data fabric setup as part of their transition to SAP S/4HANA. Our approach helps our clients build bold business cases, reduce costs and reap business value faster compared to our peers in the industry. The majority of our consultants have more than 15 years of experience and a rich base of SAP Native HANA, HANA Cloud and SAP Datasphere knowledge for you to tap into to accelerate your learning curve. With current client demand increasing, we are looking to expand our ONE family with talented graduates who: Have a degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in business informatics, AI, computer science, or a related field. The degree should be complete by the time the program starts. Master at least SQL; additional programming languages such as Python are a plus. Take ownership and accountability, and can follow through on commitments with minimal supervision Are client-focused, proactive and are solution-oriented Are curious and not afraid to investigate and master new topics Work with a smile and demonstrate high energy in front of our customers. Want to be part of a team where we readily help each other in our respective areas of deep expertise. Hold an EU citizenship or have a residence permit in Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, or Sweden (or at least within the EU and are willing to relocate to the Netherlands for the initial period). Have excellent command of the English language. Dutch is a preferred second language. Can start fulltime, September 2025 or shortly thereafter.
