As our Technical Underwriting Lead, Financial Lines , you'll play a pivotal role in our underwriting excellence strategy, working directly with our Product & Underwriting Manager to create bespoke solutions that truly make a difference. Your experience has given you the confidence to provide authoritative guidance on complex Financial Lines risks, participating in critical underwriting decisions and developing others. You understand the nuances of long-tail business and can balance technical rigour with commercial awareness. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have extensive experience (7 years) in technical Financial Lines underwriting Can assess complex risks and provide clear, considered guidance to underwriting teams Are passionate about developing underwriting capability in others Can identify opportunities for improvement in underwriting processes and standards Share our commitment to sustainable profitable growth Have a proven track record in delivering underwriting excellence and technical leadership Why Join Us?
