Community Project Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused manager to lead our internal community-building, upliftment projects, and wellbeing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build something meaningful and make a real impact. Candidate requirements; A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous. At least ten years experience in community management and/or staff support, or in a similar role. Proven experience in planning and executing successful upliftment or wellbeing projects. Excellent communicator in both Afrikaans and English, with strong interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a self-driven mindset and a passion for community building and peoples wellbeing. An empathetic individual with an inclusive and positive outlook on life. Responsibilities: Develop and manage strategies for community engagement within the organisation. Plan and coordinate wellness programmes, mental health initiatives, and awareness campaigns. Lead upliftment projects such as volunteering, mentoring, and social impact activities. Arrange and facilitate community events for the organisation and our Aftercare Centre. Develop campaigns to promote community and wellness initiatives. Monitor participation and feedback, and use data to improve the programmes.
