Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership: Design and implement a hospital-specific marketing strategy in line with Group objectives and budget Maintain an in-depth understanding of hospital clinical offerings to inform targeted messaging Provide communication support across internal departments and external stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement & Doctor Relations: Create and manage engagement strategies for GPs and Specialists to boost referral networks Plan and coordinate events, campaigns, and initiatives to build strong professional relationships Lead the recruitment and retention of doctors to support the hospitals growth Brand Communication & Media: Develop brand-aligned brochures, digital content, and patient information material Manage media communications and ensure a consistent hospital presence across platforms Oversee social media management and content creation to drive public awareness Market Insights & Analytics: Analyze hospital performance data and patient feedback to guide marketing decisions Stay informed on healthcare trends and competitor activity to refine strategies Prepare reports and insights to inform hospital leadership and adapt campaigns accordingly Minimum Requirements A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications Minimum 3 years experience in a similar marketing or communication role Experience in doctor recruitment and engagement (advantageous) Previous healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools Must have own transport and be willing to travel Key Competencies Collaboration & Relationship Building Problem-solving & Judgement Resilience Verbal & Written Communication Influencing Customer Responsiveness Organisational Awareness Excellence & Quality Orientation Ethical Conduct Attention to Detail Strategic Decision Making
