This role offers the chance to utilize your skills and creativity to develop innovative solutions. You will support Huber Engineered Materials by leading full-cycle recruitment projects, supporting talent acquisition initiatives, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Main Responsibilities: Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Create compelling job descriptions to attract top talent. Manage candidate pipelines using internal tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry associations, and social media channels. Screen and evaluate candidates across various roles and levels, including conducting phone/video interviews. Guide candidates through feedback and offer processes, ensuring a positive experience and managing expectations. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Coordinate interviews and work directly with candidates and hiring managers. Lead pre- and post-interview debriefs and prepare interview materials. Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience, recruitment processes, and employer branding. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 5-7 years of experience managing full lifecycle recruitment projects in corporate or RPO settings. Experience sourcing professional talent in manufacturing, chemical, and corporate environments is preferred. Experience working in international matrix organizations. Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; IT knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. Ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and client relationships effectively. Team player with a cooperative, solution-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
