We’ve got stories to tell. Role Overview: We’re hiring a full-time, Italy-based Content Specialist to support content creation across our product pages, blog, and email marketing. You’ll work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to write, edit, and update content that’s clear, engaging, and on-brand. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in content strategy, SEO, and e-commerce. Your words will help thousands of travelers plan their perfect trip by making our tours easy to understand—and exciting to book. Must be fluent in English and based in Italy. Responsibilities: Write and update product and category pages with accurate, engaging content Edit, publish, and maintain content using WordPress Assist with blog content creation and updates Support email marketing campaigns by contributing copy and content ideas (via Klaviyo) Apply basic SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, clean URLs) Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager on product launches and content needs Write short-form scripts or captions for social media, Reels, and other video content Skills: WordPress Basic understanding of SEO principles C1 level English fluency (written and spoken) Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar) Desired Experience: 1 years writing for product or category pages in an e-commerce environment 1 years using a CMS to publish and manage web content (WordPress preferred) 1 years applying SEO best practices in digital content 1 years editing web-based content for clarity, tone, and accuracy Experience supporting content for product launches or seasonal promotions Experience writing email content for marketing campaigns Start Date: ASAP, but we understand some contracts can take some time.
