For our Savigliano site in Italy , we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Planner . Purpose of the Job The Project Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule to manage efficiently the project's time commitments (tender, contract, or program). Performance Measurement On-time delivery of all tender deliverables requested to fulfill RFP requirements. Timely schedule analysis for decision-making by the Tender Team: critical path, compliance with tender strategy related to contractual milestones, planning risks, mitigation plans, and ambitions. Preparation of engineering schedules with métier managers and the pre-project team, based on hypotheses from the Bid technical Manager. In R&D and Project: Update and consolidate engineering schedules. Ensure consistency with the overall project schedule. Identify blocking points and propose solutions to respect the schedule. In contract or program: Manage a baseline approved internally and by the customer. Provide regular schedule updates, analyze potential delays, and propose action plans. Ensure on-time delivery of KPIs (OTD, documentation, Gate Reviews, sales, cash, etc.). Responsibilities Analyze customer schedule management requirements. Define tender preparation schedule and monitor until submission. Detail tender schedules based on templates, gap analysis, commitments, and strategy. Highlight critical paths and risks, proposing optimization and mitigation actions. Develop and maintain the Project Time Management Plan. Coordinate project scheduling in multi-unit projects. Ensure schedule interface consistency with stakeholders. Lead periodic project schedule sessions and participate in core team meetings. Provide schedule and progress reports and support project managers. Knowledge & Experience Background in project management and industry. Good knowledge of railway products and systems is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork. Conflict management, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing project goals and think critically.
