Role Overview We are seeking to join our Corporate Credit team, part of Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB). The role involves managing and delivering credit relationships for corporate clients in line with our growth strategy, risk appetite, and underwriting standards. GCIB Credit analyzes and delivers credit underwriting, debt financing solutions, and derivative strategies for medium and large corporate clients. GCIB includes Corporate Banking and Investment Banking, while GM encompasses Sales & Trading, mergers and acquisitions advice, capital raising, corporate lending, and risk management services. Key Responsibilities Perform financial and credit analysis, ensuring adherence to credit policies for an assigned portfolio. Assess creditworthiness, conduct due diligence, and establish appropriate terms to mitigate risk. Structure transactions, underwrite, and negotiate credit documentation. Manage portfolio granularity concerning targets for credit and asset quality. Establish and maintain internal risk ratings and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards. Develop relationships with business partners across various banking functions. Participate in strategic projects and provide coaching to junior team members. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is beneficial. Experience in credit risk analysis at a major international financial institution, with knowledge of EMEA and industry sectors. Technical knowledge across lending, trade finance, and derivatives products. Strong risk judgment, policy influence, and strategic vision. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage credit risks proactively. Interest in macroeconomic and geopolitical issues. Fluency in English is required.
