Responsibilities Perform Library preparation and sequencing of MGI & non-MGI pre-sales demo applications. Perform testing of non-MGI library preparation with/without MGI Automation Optimise and validate the non-MGI Library on MGI sequencing platforms Assist in workflow development for non-MGI library preparation Perform testing and validation of the non-MGI library on MGI NGS platforms Keep up-to-date with technology knowledge of MGI products and applications. Pro-active communication between the Field Application team, Bioinformatics team, CEC team and local colleagues. Proactively share experience, knowledge and skills with peers and help to build an organisation with strong professionalism. Requirements A master’s degree or above in Genetics, Molecular Biology is essential Experience in NGS technology is highly preferred NGS data interpretation and analysis is a plus English as written and verbal communication
